SONOMA RYE WHISKEY

This rye whiskey is made the way it was meant to be: using a mash of only rye grain and distilled in traditional copper pot stills over a direct fire. Aged in small American oak barrels, hand-bottled, and unfiltered.
This is California Rye Whiskey.

SECOND CHANCE WHEAT WHISKEY

Yanked from obscurity, unmalted wheat is the focus of this whiskey. Twice direct-fire pot distilled then aged in used whiskey barrels, the wheat is given a chance to mature in an optimal, decelerated environment. Bottled by hand and unfiltered.
This is California Wheat Whiskey.

WEST OF KENTUCKY BOURBON

California was once home to a number of fine bourbon-style whiskey makers. This is one in a series of small batch yearly releases celebrating this lost spirit, made in Sonoma County, California. Double direct-fire pot distilled, hand-bottled, and unfiltered.
